Mr. Kailas Bhaskar Nile was born into a hardworking agricultural family. Despite limited resources, his parents ensured he received an education. Recognized as a bright student, he completed his primary education in his village and higher studies at Sharada Vidya Mandir, often walking 5 kilometers to school.

After excelling in his SSC exams in March 1990, he pursued further education at the government ITI in Jalgaon. Post-ITI, he completed his 11th and 12th grades at Sane Guruji School in Yawal. In 1994, he joined Shri Raghunath Baba High School in Unchale as a peon, working unpaid for four years due to the school’s unaided status.

In 1996, he married the daughter of farmer Dharma Nago Baviskar, and they had two children: Akash (1998) and Swapnali (2002). Guided by Mr. Jitendra Pawar in 2000, he started “Sukhnath Baba Agro Agency,” a drip irrigation business. Despite initial challenges, his determination led to steady growth and the opening of another shop, “Shri Vasudev Baba Irrigation.”

Prioritizing his children’s education, they joined the family business after completing their B.Sc. in Agriculture, leading to further expansion with branches in Chopda and Savda.

To address farmers’ challenges, especially in the banana belt, Mr. Nile entered manufacturing. In 2008, he established Rhythm Irrigation Company in Bhusawal MIDC, using Israeli technology to produce high-quality, durable drip irrigation systems.

Mr. Kailas Bhaskar Nile’s journey from a farmer’s son to a successful entrepreneur and community leader showcases his dedication, innovation, and commitment to improving farmers’ lives.
